We start with an online tour;
We enter the Braakdijk via the Kalf access road and the idyllic drawbridge. Here the feeling is already starting to become reality that you are moving into absolute calmth. The beautiful dike is decorated on the one hand with houseboats and on the other hand with beautiful early 20th century buildings on private islands and we are lucky to be able to offer exactly the latter. Once you have arrived calmly, you park the car (possibility for 2) in front of the access bridge to the house. Your permanent holiday feeling starts here, walking into the green.
The house is partly hidden and has a nice front garden on the sunny side. Over the years, the entrance of the house has been moved to the side of the extension. The former door has been converted into a full window so that you have a beautiful view from the living room over the front garden and the access bridge.

The house itself has a pleasant layout and has been updated considerably in recent years. It is turnkey.
On the ground floor we have the very spacious hall, meter cupboard, toilet with fountain, lots of storage space / utility room and access to the living area. Made maximum use of the space by dividing it as openly as possible with the beautiful open kitchen with island element and the living room at the front.

The first floor is equipped with 2 spacious bedrooms and the beautiful designer bathroom with dormer window. Also present in the bathroom; bath, walk-in shower (ideal), second toilet, washbasin with 2 taps and underfloor heating.

You can make your dreams come true on this private island (approx. 120 meters deep!) in complete privacy, tranquility and greenery. Completely self-sufficient living, for example. Part of the garden is currently inhabited by our goat movie stars and if you promise to keep taking good care of them, they would love to stay here.
