The Krijn Breurstraat is a bit of an undiscovered dead end street in the Slotermeer district that runs beautifully along the Burgemeester van Tienhoven canal. From the apartment you have that wonderful view to the open, wide part of the canal with its Freedom Fountain.

You have your own numbered parking space in front of the door. There is also a storage room that can be entered from outside where the current owners have kept their bicycles. The house with number 41 is on the 4th floor and is part of the middle of 3 detached apartment complexes (Slotermere II). You enter the house through the closed hall with elevator.

After the front door you enter the spacious hall with the toilet immediately with cupboard next to it. The next room on the same side is first a perfectly clean bathroom with bath and separate shower. One door futher you will find the very spacious master bedroom with more than enough space for a large bed and ample closet space. The window in the bedroom has a tilt position for ventilation.

I dream away a bit every time I’m there.

What is really unique about the immediate surroundings is that it is very calm here, because the street naturally comes to a dead end and that wonderful view over the water. It is also very green in the area and you are surrounded by water and many parks. Yet with a 5-minute walk you are at Plein 40-45 with all amenities. The accessibility is very good with the metro, tram and bus connections at a 10-minute walk (Burg. de Vlugtlaan). Via the S104 you are also on the A10 fast. Sloterplas with Sloterbeach is 5 minutes by bike. Children’s rich environment with daycare and schools.
